Thalipeeth
Ingredients:
1 cup thalipeeth flour (multigrain flour)
1 small onion (finely chopped)
2 green chilies (chopped)
2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Salt to taste
Water (as needed)
Oil or ghee for cooking
Steps:
In a bowl, mix thalipeeth flour, onion, green chilies, coriander, cumin seeds, and salt.
Add water slowly and knead into a soft dough.
Take a small portion of dough and flatten it into a round shape using your hands on a greased surface.
Heat a pan and place the thalipeeth on it. Add a little oil or ghee around the edges.
Cook on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
Serve hot with butter, curd, or pickle.
